Q. Is it ever too late for hair restoration surgery?

Conventional forms of hair restoration surgical procedures are only able to use follicles from the scalp.  Under this paradigm, when baldness reaches the most severe levels of Norwood 6-7, most of the head donor structures have already miniaturized.
